We're doing our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We aim to ship your package within one to three business days. If, for any reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will, of course, notify you as soon as possible.
The listed prices do not include shipping costs.
You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout. For shipping within the Netherlands, the total weight (including packaging) of the package must be less than 10 kg. For shipping to Belgium or Germany, the total weight (including packaging) of the package must be less than 5 kg. Shipping costs are also listed at checkout. If the package weighs more than 10 kg or is a filled product, only on-site pickup is available.
NB: Frozen products are not shipped. Shipping takes place within the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany. Shipping to other countries will only take place after consultation.
To retrieve
Would you prefer to pick up your order yourself? That's certainly possible, but only by appointment/order. You must select this option yourself under the shipping options.
Collection can be made by appointment on the following days:
- Friday between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Please note: Orders must be placed before 8:00 PM on Thursday evening. If you place your order later, we will contact you so you can pick it up on another day.
- Saturday between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Please note: Orders must be placed before 8:00 PM on Friday evening. If you place your order later, we will contact you so you can pick it up on another day.
The above pickup dates may vary due to public holidays, vacations, and other circumstances. If this is the case, we will notify you in our webshop. We will also try to add an alternative day if possible.

Returns
Purchased items can be returned within 14 days, without stating a reason, starting on the day you receive the product. Products can only be returned unused and in their original, unopened packaging. Opened packaging will not be accepted and will not be refunded. For hygiene reasons, the above does not apply to fresh meat.
The return costs for returning the order are at your expense.
After the 14-day cooling-off period, it is no longer possible to return products unless it concerns a warranty issue. If you wish to return a product, please send it to:

Return policy due to incorrect customer information:
If orders are returned due to an incorrect address entered by the customer or other reasons beyond Active Animals' control, the order can be reshipped. In that case, the customer will be required to pay the current shipping costs. If the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped and therefore cancels the order, the invoice amount will be refunded to the buyer, minus the current shipping costs.
